I’m also including a recipe to try out that incorporates some of the nutrition/lifestyle principles, as well as a pantry staple to add a little nutritional pizzazz to your meals.
While this newsletter is geared towards those of us in Perimenopause (which can span from your thirties into your fifties), most of these tips and recipes will be beneficial for folks of any age, with or without a womb.
